Plate Watch: SADNESS

The Los Angeles 'plate watch' continues. Many digits is quickly becoming a collection of bizzare commuter sightings in Southern California.

This was sent by a ManyDigitonian in Santa Monica. Admitedly, I would be sad if i were commuting in Santa Monica in my aging Cherokee.
